ergo/ was developed based on scientific research indicating that the use of mobile devices is linked to neck pain, muscle fatigue, and alterations in spine biomechanics (resulting in increased strain on the spine). Poor posture can also impact your ability to stand upright and exude confidence!

ergo/ utilizes the sensors built into your iPhone to detect its orientation and will send you a notification prompting you to correct your posture. With location services enabled, you can track your posture and daily activity passively in the background, receiving notifications to encourage movement as needed.
